REVISION PROCESS

The number of revisions included depends on the package you’ve selected, as detailed in your package information. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and we’ll continue to refine the design within your package’s revision limit until your needs are met. You won’t incur extra charges for revisions that don’t involve a change in the core design concepts. Revised designs will typically be provided within 48 hours.

Please note that any new design requests or revisions made after the logo design is finalized will be treated as a separate project and billed accordingly.

REFUND GUIDELINES

Our refund policy is void in the following circumstances:

• If you have chosen a special, non-refundable package.
• Once the initial design concept has been approved by you.
• If you have already requested and received revisions to the design.
• If the cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to our service.
• If we haven’t received any communication from you regarding the project for more than two weeks.
• If our company policies have been violated.
• If you have engaged another company or designer for the same project.
• If the initial design brief provided by you lacked essential information.
• If a request for a completely different design is made after initial concepts.
• If the refund request is made after the specified timeframe for such requests.
• In cases of business closure, name change, or business model change.
• Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as a change of mind or disagreements internal to your organization that do not relate to our service quality.
• If you purchased a service bundle and are dissatisfied with only one component, the refund will apply only to that specific service, not the entire bundle.
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of your purchase.
• Certain services, including but not limited to Social Media Marketing/Management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Domain Registration, Logo Copyrights & Trademarks, Web Hosting & Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS), are non-refundable.
• For website projects, refunds are not offered once the design has been approved and sent for development.
• Refund requests will not be processed once the logo or website designs have been approved.
• A partial refund (up to 25%) may be considered if the initial design brief for a logo or website is not provided by you within 10 days of placing the order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Fastest Logos reserves the right to refuse any project or terminate a contract at its discretion. Upon issuance of a refund, all rights to the designs revert to Fastest Logos Logo Designs, and you are prohibited from using them in any manner. The company retains full ownership of the designs.

We will acknowledge your request promptly and initiate a review. We will then inform you of the outcome once the necessary assessment is complete.

Upon receiving a refund, you acknowledge that you have no further rights to any designs provided by Fastest Logos Logo Designs. To ensure legal compliance, information regarding the refunded designs will be submitted to the relevant Government Copyright Agencies for Copyright Acquisition.

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

Your completed order will be sent to the email address provided in your account on the date specified in your Order Confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation email upon delivery.

The turnaround time for your project will be as stated in your chosen package, with a minimum timeframe of 2 business days.

COMMUNICATION GUIDELINES

Please be aware that Fastest Logos Logo Designs is not responsible for any communication originating from email addresses that do not end with our official domain (“[email address removed]”) or any toll-free number not listed on our website. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such unauthorized communication. Our responsibility extends only to communications through official company email addresses and the toll-free number provided on the Fastest Logos Logo Designs website.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from contact details not officially provided by us.

A project reactivation fee will apply if there is no response from the client for a period of 45 days.

We take full responsibility for all information provided through our official online channels.
